Why choose our products

Microfiber PU leather is a polyurethane coating bonded to a needled microfiber base, then embossed with a fine grain. The "super leather feel" buyers ask for is not one property. It comes from three numbers: a base thin enough to follow the fingers, a coat of 0.15–0.20 mm so the grain keeps depth under a thumb, and a top coat slick enough that the hand does not drag. Get one wrong and the glove feels like vinyl - stiff at the knuckle or slick in the palm.

Abrasion fails in two places: the palm, where the grip meets the road, wears the grain peaks until the base shows as a pale patch; the fingertip seam lets go if the coat is thinner than the thread. Both are set at the coating line.

Microfiber web is needled, impregnated, coagulated and buffed. PU is coated to 0.15–0.20 mm, embossed with a fine grain plate, then cross-linked in an oven before cooling and corona treatment. Each lot is checked for thickness, grain uniformity, adhesion by flex and tape, and shade against the dip.

REACH SVHC and RoHS declarations ship with every lot. The coat is formulated without PFAS, APEO or azo dyes. ISO 9001 covers coating and finishing. Reports follow your nominated method; we report what we measure.

Feature & Application

1.Leather hand without hide variables

No scars, tick marks or belly stretch to cut around. A 0.8 mm roll nests at 85–90% in a palm pattern, and hand is identical on the first glove and the ten-thousandth.

2.Abrasion measured at the palm

Grain peaks take the load, so the coat stays on them after embossing. We test Martindale per order and report cycles to hole, not a level - the level your product carries is signed by your notified body.

3.Sweat, not just rain

A glove is wet from the inside. Sweat salts drive hydrolysis of ester PU and the palm turns tacky in a season. A polycarbonate polyol system resists that; hydrolysis is tested per order.

4.Dexterity at 0.8 mm

0.8 mm holds lever feel at the fingertips; 0.6 mm suits summer gloves where fourchette thickness limits. Accordion zones need stretch recovery, so the base is knit.

5.Silicone print and heat transfer

Corona treatment to 38–42 dyn/cm lets palm print, silicone grip and reflective transfer key without a primer.

Will 0.8 mm reach the abrasion level we need? It depends on the coat, not the gauge. We send the measured cycle count to compare with the level your notified body signs.
Does it really feel like leather? We send two gauges in one shade to compare against the hide you use now. Hand is subjective; that settles it faster than a spec sheet.
Does sweat damage it? Ester PU can go tacky. This system is built on polycarbonate polyol and tested for hydrolysis per order.
Can you print a silicone grip on the palm? Yes. The surface is corona treated, and we run a bond check on the first roll.
Will black fade in the sun? Light fastness is tested per order. Black holds better than deep colours, and a glove left on a dashboard will still shift.
