Features and applications of microfiber leather

Microfiber leather mainly has the following characteristics:
1. The fold fastness is comparable to that of natural leather. Normal temperature bending reaches 200,000 times without cracks and low temperature (-20°C) bending 30,000 times without cracks (good temperature resistance and mechanical properties).
2. Moderate elongation (good skin feel).
3. High tear strength and peel strength (high abrasion resistance, tear strength and tensile strength).
4. There will be no pollution from production to use, and the environmental performance is superior.
If the surface of the microfiber leather is dirty, it can be scrubbed with high-grade gasoline or clean water, and must not be scrubbed with other organic solvents or alkaline substances to prevent quality damage. Superfiber leather usage conditions: heat setting temperature of 100°C does not exceed 25 minutes, 120°C does not exceed 10 minutes, and 130°C does not exceed 5 minutes.
Application
Microfiber has a wide range of applications. Microfiber has better physical properties than leather and has a stable surface, making it almost replace leather. It is widely used in clothing coats, furniture sofas, decorative soft bags, gloves, car seats, and car interiors. Decorations, photo frames and albums, notebook skins, protective covers for electronic products and daily necessities, etc.
