Production process

Microfiber suede leather is made of non-woven fabric with three-dimensional structure network through carding and needling, then through wet processing, PU resin containing leaching, alkali reduction, skin-breaking, brushing, dyeing and finishing, and then through PU dry lamination finally made of microfiber leather. It is the third generation of artificial leather after PVC artificial leather and PU synthetic leather.

1. Q: What is your payment terms?

   A: Usually, we do by T/T 30% as deposit, the balance payment after bulk production sample confirmed and before shipment. L/C is also acceptable.

2. Q: What's the time of delivery?

    A: For materials available in stock ready to ship, we can do delivery in 1-3 days. For custom orders, usually 7-15 days after deposit received.

3. Q: What about your delivery time?

    A: Actually, 3-5 working days for samples, 15-25 days for production after confirming the payment. Also based on the order quantity.

4. Q: Are there more colors available? Accept my order?

    A: Yes, of course. We suggest you use our normal colors for first trial order, it is good for you lead time if you want to test quality quickly.
