Ecological leather is made by crushing waste leather, leftovers and waste leather and then adding a certain amount of adhesive, and then sticking with plastic film. Microfiber belongs to the first type of artificial leather. Three generations of products are now a high-end product.
Eco-leather is a leather product whose various ecological indicators meet the requirements of ecological standards. Ecological leather needs to meet the standards set by the state. The national standard includes a total of four contents: formaldehyde content, hexavalent chromium content, carcinogenic aromatic amine content and pentachlorophenol content.
Different from the second-generation PU synthetic leather, the base fabric of the eco-leather is made of microfiber non-woven fabric as BASE. Compared with the non-woven fabric, the eco-leather feels very comfortable and natural.
Ecological leather has four chemical indicators, namely hexavalent chromium, banned azo dyes, pentachlorophenol and free formaldehyde. The hexavalent chromium content in the ecological leather is less than 3PPM.
At present, there are more than 2000 kinds of azo dyes, and more than 150 kinds of azo dyes are banned, but in ecological leather, azo dyes are banned; pentachlorophenol is a preservative, which is toxic, and The content of pentachlorophenol in the ecological leather is lower than 0.5PPM; the formaldehyde content in the ecological leather is lower than 75PPM.
