The basic principle of the process is: the main component of microfiber is polyamide fiber, and according to the data, the composition and structure of polyamide fiber is simpler than that of protein fiber, and it only has carboxyl and amino groups at the end of the molecular chain. In the middle, there are a large number of carbon chains and amide groups, no side chains. The amino content of polyamide fiber is low, and the amino content of nylon 66 and nylon 6 is 0.04mol/kg (fiber) and 0.098mol/kg (fiber), which are about 1/20 and 1/10 of wool. The content of carboxyl groups in polyamide fibers is higher than that of amino groups. At the isoelectric point, all amino groups exist in the form of -NH3+ ions, while the carboxyl groups only exist in the form of -COOH- ions.
According to the structure of polyamide fiber, acid hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis technology are used to chemically modify microfiber to open its amide bond and increase its active group; The dyeing technology enables macromolecular tanning agent to be filled between the microfibers, improving its water vapor permeability and other physical properties, and making the microfiber base cloth feel close to the real leather blank.
The basic principle of dry finishing is to use the finishing technology of natural leather combined with the surface making technology of synthetic leather for the different uses of the finished product, using back cover - fine lines - grinding leather - surface making - fine lines - top coating - embossing - drop Soft process route to form microfiber sofa leather with genuine leather appearance. Wet film transfer is used to form the adhesive layer, and the microfiber base cloth is given the grain surface similar to the real leather blank.
